A note on meetings with Foundation Staff:
To provide an equitable and efficient grantmaking process, the Bradley-Turner Foundation generally does not schedule in-person meetings with prospective applicants prior to submission of a Letter of Inquiry.
Foundation staff are happy to discuss eligibility and answer questions by phone or email.
Organizations invited to submit a full proposal may be invited to meet with Foundation staff or participate in a site visit as part of the Foundation's due diligence process. Meetings are by invitation of the Foundation and do not indicate that funding will be awarded.
This policy does not preclude Foundation staff from attending community events, visiting funded programs, or meeting with current grantee partners as part of ongoing relationship stewardship.
