Jack Mitchell

Chair

Jack Mitchell is Chair of the Foundation in 2026, having begun his service to the NextGen foundation in 2025. Through his marriage to Neal Irby Mitchell, a fifth-generation member of the Bradley family, Jack is connected to the Foundation’s longstanding family legacy while bringing his own professional expertise in finance and investment.

He serves as a Senior Associate with Source Capital LLC, where he supports investment activities across lower-middle-market companies. Prior to joining Source Capital, Jack worked in leveraged finance and financial due diligence, gaining experience in both debt and equity transactions. He holds degrees from the University of Alabama and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jack’s leadership reflects a blend of financial insight, strategic thinking, and a strong commitment to advancing community-centered philanthropy.
